IMPORTANT UPDATE!!!!!

Dear Valued Customers,

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my customers for your years of dedication and support. It is only through your consistent patronage that the Country Smokehouse has been an on-going success. Without you, there would be no reason to have my establishment. Sharon and I appreciated meeting and making new friends throughout our association with you over the last thirteen years of our venture. It has been a great blessing to live here in the beautiful mountains of Blairsville.

As many of you already know, my wife, Sharon, went home to be with Jesus on June 2, 2009. With Sharon’s passing, I have had cause to re-evaluate my enterprise. With much thought and prayer, I have been led by God to pursue the meat business in a new way.

I have a new approach. I am closing the RETAIL part of my store on December 23, 2009, but I will remain in Blairsville. I will continue to offer the excellent quality of all natural Brasstown Beef in quantity orders only. I will also be traveling and expanding my presence at several Fairs and Festivals throughout the United States.

In the spring of 2010, some of my most popular products that I make will be available in other retail outlets here in our mountain area. I encourage my loyal customers to look for my products in local retail stores.

I value your patronage and although I will no longer be offering a walk-in retail business, I look forward to meeting quantity orders as I can. These special bulk orders can be phoned into my same business number, 706/781-6516, and scheduled by appointment to be picked up.  I am also under construction on my website to take internet orders.  Please watch for future ordering instructions here.
