As of January 2010, the New Country Smokehouse is no longer a walk-in retail business.  It is now a wholesale and large quantity order enterprise.  Kenley Redditt, original and current owner, will still provide many of his popular products, such as beef jerky, sausages, and beef sticks in local retail stores beginning in the summer 2010.  All natural Brasstown Beef will be a key featured product of the New Country Smokehouse. Kenley will be selling his products at several Fairs during the year.  Watch this website homepage for Fair information.  Call today at (706) 781-6516 and leave a voice mail to place your large quantity orders.  Kenley will return your call as soon as possible to arrange filling your orders.
